What is Specialty Performance Team?

We are a performance shop that services performance cars and produces specialty parts. We service many makes and models but specialize in the Dodge Viper, SRT vehicles, Chevrolet, Ford and McLaren. We also provide trackside support for club racers and novice track drivers.

Where are you located?

We are located in Alhambra California. Our address is 919 So. Fremont 91803. We are close to the 710, 10, 60 and 210 freeways.

Do you need an appointment to have your car worked on?

Yes, service appointments are by appointment. You are welcome to visit us anytime during our service hours but we cannot guarantee immediate service without an appointment.

Do you offer pickup and delivery service?

Yes, we can have your car picked up and delivered back to you at a nominal charge. We can arrange long distance transportation and overseas deliveries for custom builds.

What if my car breaks down outside your service hours, can you help?

Yes, our customers will receive a 24 hour phone number if they have a vehicle worked on by us.  We are here to help.

Do you handle anything other than Dodge Viper Products?

Yes. We are a distributor for numerous performance products for many makes and models. All purchases from SPT include technical support from our staff.

Do you do special projects?

Yes, SPT can handle almost any performance project. Please contact our design team for consultation.

Do you customize any of your products?

Yes. We handle many custom orders, from a simple color change to complete design.  From custom exhaust systems to carbon fiber body panels, we have the expertise to build almost anything. Please contact us to discuss your ideas for custom design. All custom orders must be prepaid when finalized and are non-refundable.

What are my options for placing an order?

You can place an order using our Online Store, fax an order, phone in an order, or email us, or visit us in person.

For Online Store orders, what are my payment options?

Our Online Store only accepts credit card orders at this time. We accept MasterCard®, VISA®, and Discover® and American Express®.

Can I place an order without a credit card?

Yes, you may phone or fax an order, email us, or visit us in person.  For these options, you may make payment with check, money order, or wire transfer. We will accept cash if paying in person.

Can I pay COD?

Sorry, we do not ship COD

How do you ship within North America?

Depending on the size of the package, our preferred shippers are UPS and Fed EX. We can ship via US Postal service as well. Larger items may require shipment via frieght.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we frequently ship overseas; we will arrange the most cost-effective and timely shipment method we can find. International orders will require payment by wire transfer.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

Your order can be cancelled or modified before your order has been shipped. Please call us during business hours.

What is your return policy?

All sales are considered final. Return authorization must be obtained from SPT before you return merchandise. Returns must be shipped prepaid. All returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking charge.  Absolutely no returns on electrical products, tools, or diagnostic products.  Special orders are not refundable and can not be exchanged.  All returns require an RMA number or will be refused.

What happens when an item is backordered?

If there is a delay in filling your order, we will notify you by telephone or email, depending on how the order was placed.

Is my order secure?

All sales are secure and your information is protected.  We do not share any personal information with any third party other than the credit card processor. 

Will I pay tax on my purchases?

California sales tax applies to items shipped within California.  Out of state purchases are not taxable.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

A copy of your invoice will be provided during checkout.  If you phone in your order your invoice will be shipped with your order. If an invoice is lost, you may contact us for a replacement via email.
